Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, executing, and scaling ad campaigns that drive ROI, generate leads, and boost brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals in collaboration with the design team.Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and lower ad spend wastage.Set up conversion tracking, pixel installation, and event setups via GTM or Meta Events Manager.Stay updated with industry trends, ad policies, and algorithm changes across platforms.A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align paid campaigns with overall strategy.Requirements:Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) and Meta Blueprint is a plus.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or service-based campaigns.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
