Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads and prior experience working with a digital marketing agency and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:
• Search Ads
• Display Ads
• Shopping Ads
• Performance Max (PMax) campaigns
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Prepare and share performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Work closely with internal teams to align ad strategies with business goals
• Handle multiple campaigns for international clients/projects

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in paid advertising
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
• Proven experience managing international clients or global projects
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting
• Strong analytical and optimization skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
