Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Build and manage

  full-funnel marketing strategies

  aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to ensure

  efficient spend and strong ROI

• Analyze campaign performance and implement

  data-driven optimizations

• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy
• Collaborate with

  content, design, and sales teams

  for integrated campaign execution
• Track KPIs and prepare

  structured performance reports

  with insights
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years

  of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

• Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
• Proven experience in

  planning, executing, and scaling campaigns

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with

  both B2B and B2C campaigns

  (preferred)
• Ability to balance

  strategic planning with tactical execution

• Effective communication and collaboration skills
