Performance Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their targets. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. 

Monitor and use past data to successfully implement ads strategies to bring about positive changes in the conversion and growth of the brands sales. Should be able to single handedly monitor and implement ads Strategies and deliver high performing ads to continuously improve ROI and ROAS

Responsibilities

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Plan and execute campaigns
• Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns
• Create online and marketing content for those campaigns
• Align the sales targets across various platforms like Meta, Google AdWords and LinkedIn for different clients

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' of marketing experience with at least 2 years in ad management across meta and Google AdWords
• Proven track record in executing and delivering high performance ads with low and high budgets instantly and in the long run.
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
• Excellent writing and communication skills
