Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Campaign Management

• Develop and execute full-funnel Meta ad campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
• Manage daily campaign performance, optimizing for

  CTR, CPL, CPI, and ROAS.

• Structure and refine ad sets with clear segmentation across interest, behavioral, and lookalike audiences.
• Set up and monitor

  Meta pixel tracking, events, and conversion goals

  using Events Manager, Firebase, or Appsflyer.

2. AI-Driven Marketing Execution

• Use

  AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative, Copy.ai, Notion AI, etc.)

  for ad ideation, copy generation, and performance analysis.
• Automate repetitive workflows like creative testing, report drafting, and data interpretation.
• Apply AI insights to enhance creative direction and targeting logic.

3. SEO & Organic Synergy

• Align paid campaign strategies with

  SEO insights and keyword trends

  .
• Support landing page optimization for better conversion rates and ad quality scores.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams for unified messaging and higher funnel efficiency.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
• Track campaign health metrics and budget pacing using real-time dashboards.
• Identify new testing opportunities through A/B and multivariate experiments.

5. Strategic Growth Execution

• Partner with leadership to refine campaign goals and translate them into measurable actions.
• Stay up-to-date on Meta algorithm updates, bidding models, and AI ad tools.
• Suggest forward-looking strategies for scaling installs, registrations, and engagement.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of

  hands-on experience managing Meta Ads

  campaigns.
• Deep understanding of campaign funnels, ad optimization, and performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency with

  Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Firebase, GA4, or Appsflyer.

• Working knowledge of

  AI tools

  to support creative, reporting, and targeting automation.
• Familiarity with

  SEO fundamentals

  and how they influence paid media success.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or performance creative testing.

• Comfort with

  data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.).

• Prior experience in

  mobile-first or app-based growth marketing.
