The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Display Ads and Microsoft Ads for the hospitality industry. You will work closely with directly the end client to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure that the efforts deliver maximum ROI.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Campaign Strategy:

  Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives (lead gen), including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and creative direction

• Campaign Management:

  Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads Display campaigns, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads others without any mistakes

• Ad Creatives:

  Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling creatives, and videos that resonate with target audiences

• Performance Analysis:

  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI, CTR, CPA, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Audience Targeting:

  Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and demographic/behavioral targeting, to reach the most relevant users

• Budget Management:

  Manage and optimize the budget for all active campaigns, ensuring efficient spend allocation to maximize results

• A/B Testing:

  Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies and continuously improve campaign performance

• Reporting:

  Generate detailed performance reports on a regular basis, presenting findings and actionable insights to stakeholders

• Stay Updated:

  Keep up with the latest trends and updates in the advertising industry, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy

Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience in managing Google Display Campaigns, Meta Ads & other platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good to have working knowledge of DV360
• Knowledge of the agency's working methodology and culture
• Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines
• In-depth understanding of managing lead gen campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Display, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Microsoft Ads, etc.
• Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools
• Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
• A critical thinker and problem-solver person with organizational and leadership skills
