Livspace currently serves Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia as well as 30 metro and non-metro areas in India including - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag, Vijayawada.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across

    Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

    .
  • Manage and optimize a

    ₹5 Crore+ annual performance marketing budget

    to achieve business KPIs.
  • Oversee

    SEO, SEM, Display Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Retargeting campaigns

    .
  • Leverage

    data analytics, AI-driven insights, and automation tools

    to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and creative teams to optimize ad performance and landing page experience.
  • Drive

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Monitor

    CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key performance metrics

    , ensuring sustainable scaling.
  • Stay ahead of

    industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging digital marketing innovations

    .
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance marketing team.
  • Key Requirements:


    • 6+ years

      of experience in

      performance marketing

      within a technology-driven environment.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets (₹5 Crore+ annually) and delivering strong

      ROI

      .
    • Expertise in

      Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing

      .
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in

      Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization tools

      .
    • Hands-on experience with

      A/B testing, attribution modeling, and marketing automation platforms

      .
    • Deep understanding of

      customer segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization techniques

      .
    • Experience working with

      MarTech and AdTech stacks

      for data-driven campaign execution.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in

      team management and stakeholder collaboration

      .
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience in

      B2C, D2C, or SaaS businesses

      .
    • Knowledge of

      SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools

      is a plus.
    • Previous experience scaling digital marketing in high-growth startups or enterprise-level tech companies.
