Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and new ad formats.
• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in remarketing, funnel optimization, and lead generation campaigns.
