We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist 📍 Location: Gurugram 💼 Experience: 2–5 years (eComm/Consumer Brand experience preferred) Are you a data-driven growth marketer who lives and breathes ROAS, CAC, and CTRs? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing expert to lead and scale campaigns across Meta & Google Ads for our growing D2C eCommerce platform . 🔍 What You’ll Do: Run high-performing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) & Meta (FB/IG) Optimize for conversions, ROAS, AOV , and LTV Plan and execute performance strategies across funnels: awareness, retargeting & retention A/B test creatives, landing pages & audience segments Coordinate with design, content & tech teams to improve ad performance ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years in Performance Marketing (preferably in a D2C/eCommerce company) Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google platforms Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid ads Analytical mindset with comfort in using tools like GA4, GTM, Excel, etc. Someone who understands the consumer funnel in retail ✨ Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom D2C platforms Exposure to influencer/affiliate marketing Worked on new customer acquisition & retention strategies Why Join Us?
