Assistant Company Secretary

The Opportunity Unthinkable Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements while supporting the overall business strategy. You will assist in maintaining the company's statutory records, overseeing corporate filings, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulations. Experience : 2-3 years Location- Gurugram Working Days- 6 Education Requirements: ● Qualified Company Secretary with active membership ● LLB degree Key Skills & Responsibilities: Corporate Secretarial: ● Manage statutory compliance calendar and ensure timely filings across the group ● Maintain secretarial records and corporate documents with meticulous attention to detail ● Handle e-form filing with ROC and other regulatory authorities ● Support in Board, Committee, and General meetings (preparation of notices, agendas, minutes) ● Implement corporate governance best practices ● Assist in regulatory audits and inspections Corporate Legal: ● Draft and review various agreements including: ○ Intercompany agreements ○ Vendor/service provider contracts ○ NDAs and other commercial agreements ● Provide guidance on labor law compliance ● Support in legal due diligence activities Preferred Attributes: ● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills ● Ability to handle multiple compliance requirements simultaneously ● Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities ● Proactive approach to compliance management ● Proficiency in compliance management tools Interested candidates apply on this link- https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1bkFQgYEWh9lw7wmx6xcKR6ojcnnP3yc7zqhJUC8eogU/preview Show more Show less
