Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring the company complies with Companies Act, RBI
• Maintain statutory registers and records (register of members, directors, charges, etc.).
• Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and reports with regulatory bodies (e.g., ROC, MCA, RBI)
• ROC Compliances – all secretarial compliances including preparation of board minutes.
• Maintenance of statutory registers under the Companies Act, 2013 and online ROC filings as required time to time for all group companies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1+ years proven post-qualification experience with Compliance Handling exposure.
• Strong exposure in Compliance and Statutory with good communication skills.
• Employment Type – Full Time, Permanent
• Qualification : Bcom Cs / CS Foundation
• Experience : CS Articleship
