The Opportunity

We are expanding our Compliance team and seeking Company Secretary


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Compliance practice, driving vision, strategy, and growth while ensuring excellence across all mandates.
  • Own and manage key client relationships with founders, boards, and investors, serving as a trusted advisor on complex compliance, governance, and transaction matters.
  • Oversee high-value mandates including cross-border structuring, M&A support, due diligence, and strategic advisory projects.
  • Provide leadership to the team, mentoring senior and junior associates, setting quality benchmarks, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Shape firm-wide best practices and scalable processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across the practice.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding the firm’s compliance offerings.
  • Representing the firm externally in client interactions, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.


What We’re Looking For

  • Company Secretary (CS) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in compliance and advisory.
  • Extensive expertise in transaction advisory, retainerships, due diligence, and strategic projects.
  • Background in a PCS or law firm environment, with experience managing high-value, founder- or investor-facing mandates.
  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements, build and mentor high-performing teams, and establish scalable processes.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the confidence to advise founders, boards, and investors at a senior level.
