Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Jaipur for the role of Assistant Company Secretary. The Assistant Company Secretary will oversee legal and regulatory compliance, support company governance, coordinate board meetings, and prepare resolutions and agendas. The role also involves maintaining statutory books, filing necessary documentation, and providing legal guidance as needed to ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulations.

• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance-related requirements
• Proficiency in managing statutory records, preparing resolutions, and facilitating board meetings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to provide legal advice and governance support
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address compliance and corporate governance challenges
• Professional certification or qualification in Company Secretaryship (CS) is required
• Previous experience in a legal or compliance-related role is an advantage
