Fship is hiring for a performance-driven digital marketer having experience in managing lead generation campaigns for B2B service-based businesses. It is a full-time On-site role. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads. You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure funnel alignment, effective targeting, and consistent lead quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Build and manage full-funnel paid campaigns for B2B service-based offerings, focusing on lead generation.
  • Drive measurable outcomes: lower Cost per Lead (CPL), increase lead quality, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor and manage daily campaign budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and copy.
  • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to ensure lead qualification and tracking are in sync.
  • Provide regular campaign reports, insights, and recommendations based on performance and industry trends.
  • Implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to re-engage high-intent prospects.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion APIs for performance tracking and attribution.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in B2B lead generation.
  • Strong command over Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns for service-based B2B brands.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in handling data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools: Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, UTMs, and campaign dashboards.
  • Experience in lead funnel optimization and reducing CPLs through experimentation and targeting strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
