About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and creatively inclined Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, and social media. You’ll be working in a collaborative, agency-style environment and will be responsible for executing ROI-focused campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms—while also supporting organic growth strategies via SEO and social media content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing & Paid Media:

  • Plan, launch, and manage ROI-focused paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation for maximum performance.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits for client and in-house websites.
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to improve site rankings and organic visibility.
  • Monitor search engine performance, keyword rankings, and suggest SEO improvements using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Support and execute paid and organic social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop scroll-stopping creatives and engagement-driven content.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide strategic insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong grasp on paid media, SEO, and social media—preferably in an agency.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and keyword planning tools.
  • Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and basic data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a bonus.

  • Agency background with experience managing multiple brands or accounts.
  • Creative thinker with a performance mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
