Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and others (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). Plan and implement end-to-end lead generation funnels for service-based and D2C brands. Write high-converting ad copies tailored to various audience segments. Optimize campaigns for performance: ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, targeting, landing pages, and more. Collaborate with creative and content teams to align visuals and messaging. Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other BI platforms to deliver actionable insights. Continuously work on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for landing pages to improve overall funnel performance. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proven track record in managing paid media for D2C brands and lead generation campaigns . Strong understanding of digital ad platforms including Meta, Google, and others. Ability to write persuasive ad copy and understand audience psychology. Deep experience in CRO and funnel optimization techniques. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar, etc. Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
