Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, set up, and manage 

  Meta ad campaigns

   for D2C brands across Facebook and Instagram.
• Drive 

  qualified traffic

   and 

  generate leads/sales

   with a strong focus on 

  achieving and improving ROAS

  .
• Perform 

  campaign performance analysis

  , budget planning, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop 

  high-performing ad creatives and copy

  .
• Continuously 

  optimize landing pages

   and funnels with CRO best practices to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct 

  deep-dive performance reports

   using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to stay ahead of platform changes and D2C strategies.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years

   of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads for 

  D2C brands

  .
• Proven success in 

  lead generation

   and 

  e-commerce performance marketing

  .
• Strong ability to scale campaigns while maintaining or improving 

  ROAS

  .
• Proficiency in 

  Facebook Business Manager

  , 

  Ads Manager

  , and 

  Analytics tools

  .
• Strong grasp of 

  CRO techniques

  , landing page optimization, and customer journey funnels.
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in or with fast-growing 

  D2C startups

  .
• Certification in Meta Blueprint or other relevant platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce-based ad tracking and pixel integrations.
