This role is for someone who has a deep understanding of how humans think, feel, and make decisions. Your job is to dissect audience behaviour, spot emotional triggers, and strategically position brands to unlock persuasion, conversions, and loyalty. What you'll do: Come up with insights and create creative briefs. Research extensively on ad libraries, interests, feeds, basically have to be hyperactive on social and other platforms, gathering creative ideas and hooks for ads. Draft messaging and visuals that drive real behavioural outcomes. Identify psychological hooks and leverage cognitive biases to optimise both ad campaigns and websites for conversions. Curate occasional decks and reference creatives if there is a communication or vision gap. You're a fit if you: You are (bit of all): obsessed with marketing/ know how to design/ know how to write copy. Understand deeply why people buy emotionally and logically. Can differentiate between what looks good vs. what truly converts. Details matter to you. Combine empathy, analytics, and intuition effortlessly. This is for someone who thinks in strategy , gets things done, and treats ad platforms like a chessboard, not a dashboard. You’ll work closely with Siddharth on scaling D2C brands with Meta & Google ads, build habit-forming retention loops, and make data feel personal. Your job? Own the execution. Own the numbers. Question what’s not working. And know when to push back. Remuneration: Ranging 25K-45K/ month based on assessment and how many checkboxes you tick. What You'll Do: Run day-to-day campaigns on Meta (largely) + Google: from set-up to scale. Build ad frameworks that make sense (TOF / MOF / BOF). Write clean, structured briefs for creators and ad copies that actually drive action. Take inspiration from AI, but god! no copy and paste with long hyphens and childish emojis. Analyse and optimise performance with the appropriate metrics, not the vanity one. Coordinate with clients, creative teams, and tech developers for UTM/tracking fixes. Deep dive into analytics dashboards, spy tools, interest maps, and ad libraries. You're Right For This If: You use your gifted brain and know how and when to use GPT. You're curious. You question hooks, headlines, angles, and landing pages. You have worked as an in-house performance marketer for a brand. It's okay if you have agency, but don't expect departmental handouts - we are the cavalry. You've worked with early-stage brands with lean budgets efficiently. You’ve run Meta ads for eCom/D2C brands (1–3 yrs. is a sweet spot). You understand why retention matters. You write better replies than most agencies write copy. You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, Attribution dashboards, or the Meta Events Manager. You’ve got opinions on creative and website UX (what works and why ) and don’t mind giving feedback. Bonus Points If: You’ve worked with high-AOV or fashion/wellness brands before. You know about First Party Data and how to set it up. You understand audience psychology and how to speak to people, not at them. You can set up events, understand UTMs, or play with automation tools like Zapier.
