Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert (D2C & Lead Generation Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and others (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Plan and implement end-to-end lead generation funnels for service-based and D2C brands.
• Write high-converting ad copies tailored to various audience segments.
• Optimize campaigns for performance: ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, targeting, landing pages, and more.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align visuals and messaging.
• Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other BI platforms to deliver actionable insights.
• Continuously work on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for landing pages to improve overall funnel performance.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record in managing paid media for D2C brands and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital ad platforms including Meta, Google, and others.
• Ability to write persuasive ad copy and understand audience psychology.
• Deep experience in CRO and funnel optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
