This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of finance while gradually taking ownership of the accounting function over time. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, particularly in the Record-to-Report process. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable process and banking transactions. Process reimbursements & travel bills of employees Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Manage petty cash, credit card transactions, and related accounting entries. Prepare balance sheet schedules in compliance with audit requirements. Track and manage expenses with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and approval of expenses. Address and resolve queries from vendors, departments, and employees promptly.
