Performance Marketing Specialist

Position Title: Performance Marketing Executive – Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Type: Full-Time | On-Site Department: Digital Marketing Apply at: work@prathaminternational.in Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor daily ad performance, targeting, budgets, and audience insights to maximize ROI and lead generation. Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and CTAs aligned with the brand’s goals. Set up conversion tracking (Pixel, Events Manager) and regularly report on KPIs. Collaborate with the design/content team to deliver high-performing creatives. Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives. Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and trends. Required Skills: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. Experience in lead generation campaigns (especially for education, consultancy, or service-based industries). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting tools. Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. Meta Blueprint Certification (optional but preferred).
