About the Role
Apex Infotech India is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize high-impact digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Google and other social platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management—from strategy and creative ideation through targeting, execution, analysis and continuous optimization—to drive brand awareness, qualified leads and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
· Develop media plans aligned to business goals for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube video ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and SMO.
· Identify target audiences, set campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion) and establish KPIs.
Ad Creative & Copywriting
· Collaborate with designers and copywriters to conceptualize and produce compelling ad creatives: static images, carousels, video scripts.
· Craft persuasive ad copy and CTAs that resonate with each platform’s audience.
Campaign Setup & Execution
· Configure and launch campaigns in Ads Manager, Google Ads Console and YouTube Studio.
· Implement proper tagging (UTMs, pixels), audience lists, conversion tracking and bid strategies (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Optimization & Testing
· Monitor performance daily; conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, bidding.
· Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CVR, ROAS) to refine targeting and budget allocation.
Reporting & Insights
· Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
· Present key findings to stakeholders, translating data into strategic next steps.
SMO & Community Engagement
· Optimize brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels.
· Engage with audiences organically: manage comments, respond to messages, and foster community growth.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
· Work closely with SEO, content and design teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
· Stay up-to-date with platform feature releases, algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
· 3–5 years managing performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and YouTube.
· Proven track record of hitting/exceeding KPI targets (CPA, CAC, ROAS).
· Strong understanding of SMO best practices and organic community engagement.
· Hands-on experience with campaign setup, A/B testing, audience segmentation and bid optimization.
· Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Data Studio (or other BI tools).
· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
· Solid copywriting skills and an eye for high-impact creatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
· Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred.
· YouTube Ads certification a plus.
