Job Description: We’re hiring a smart and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s social media presence and paid ad campaigns. The role involves creating engaging content, managing daily posts, handling audience interactions, and running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to boost reach, engagement, and conversions. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute paid and organic social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and others. Run and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads – including campaign planning, audience targeting, A/B testing, performance monitoring, and budget optimization. Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI. Create and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with the creative and content team. Write engaging copy and coordinate with designers for social creatives (posts, reels, stories, videos). Manage daily postings, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community. Track social media KPIs, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights for growth. Stay current with social trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor activity. Work closely with the SEO and web team to ensure social strategies support overall digital goals. Encourage user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and brand advocacy. Manage contests, giveaways, and engagement campaigns to build brand loyalty. Requirements & Qualifications: 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive , including hands-on experience with Meta Paid Ads . Solid knowledge of social media platforms, ad formats, audience targeting, and campaign strategies. Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to optimize campaigns. Excellent communication, copywriting, and multitasking abilities. Team player with a proactive mindset and creative thinking. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, basic design/editing tools, and familiarity with web publishing. Office Details: · Office Timing – 09.30 to 6.30pm · 2nd & 4th Saturday & all Sunday’s holiday · Immediate Joining · Office Location: Andheri East, Near WEH/Gundavali Metro Station Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
