Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging and visually appealing posts, banners, and short videos using Canva or similar design tools.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, followers, and leads.
Manage and update the company’s Google My Business profile regularly with posts, photos, and reviews.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
Respond to audience queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Track competitor activities and recommend innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
Knowledge in Canva and basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and GMB.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
