Performance Marketing: Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, affiliates, and more. Optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and store visit cost using real-time dashboards and campaign attribution.
Footfall Generation: Drive hyperlocal campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and regional activations to increase walk-ins and conversions.
CRM & Retention: Design lifecycle campaigns (welcome, re-engagement, win-back) via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications to boost repeat purchases and LTV.
Customer Acquisition: Use data-driven strategies like lookalike audiences and partnerships to expand customer base across geographies and demographics.
Database & Insights: Manage unified customer data platforms, ensure data accuracy, and enable segmentation for targeted campaigns and personalization.
Loyalty & Engagement: Strengthen brand connect through loyalty programs, gamification, surveys, and NPS improvement initiatives.
Visual & Campaign Coordination: Ensure consistent messaging across in-store and digital touchpoints with timely rollouts and merchandising alignment.
Analytics & Budget Control: Monitor ROI, conduct A/B testing, and maintain budget accuracy for marketing initiatives.
Hard Skills (Technical and Measurable) :

Expertise in self-serve ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
The ability to use tools like Google Analytics, GTM, or other campaign dashboards to monitor KPIs and create performance reports.
Experience with tracking, forecasting, and optimizing large advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
Proficiency in using media research tools and platforms to understand audience demographics and media consumption habits.
A good understanding of ad technology, including pixels, tracking codes, and data attribution models.
The ability to manage costs, understand pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA), and justify media spend.
