We are looking for a highly skilled nbsp;

Performance Marketing Manager

nbsp;to take ownership of our paid marketing channels. You will design and execute performance campaigns, optimise them for maximum ROI, and leverage analytics to achieve business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

:

Create and manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Define KPIs, set up tracking mechanisms, and ensure goals are met.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimise campaigns.

Manage budgets, monitor ad spends, and make adjustments for maximum effectiveness.

Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance.

Work closely with the creative team to design ad visuals and copy.

Analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports to showcase campaign results.

Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing and implement best practices.
