Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the baby care industry, and excels in data-driven decision-making, campaign execution, and ROI optimization.

• Own the Consumer Sales targets and ROAS targets for sales through performance marketing campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and YouTube.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and ROAS targets efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, and consistently improve campaign performance.
• Execute retargeting, lookalike audience creation, and funnel-based strategies.
• Work with graphic designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the marketplace and website team to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and paid social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce performance metrics and analytics.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Data Studio.
• Creative thinking for A/B testing, ad copy, and visual testing.
• Strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.
• Familiarity with parenting or kids’ product segments is a bonus.
