Position Overview

We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Manager

to take full ownership of our paid acquisition and funnel optimization efforts. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact campaigns, optimize for ROI, and implement automation that makes our marketing engine more scalable and efficient.You’ll be directly responsible for driving qualified B2B leads and ensuring our performance marketing strategy contributes meaningfully to pipeline growth. Reporting to the Growth Leader, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we acquire, convert, and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Ownership

  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
  • Develop strategies to maximize ROI, improve CTRs, and lower cost per lead (CPL).
  • Continuously test creatives, targeting, bidding, and messaging to scale results.
  • Produce regular reports with clear performance insights and action plans.

Funnel Optimization & Remarketing

  • Build and manage full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion.
  • Design effective remarketing campaigns to re-engage high-intent prospects.
  • Experiment with landing pages, CTAs, and nurture flows to boost conversion rates.

Automation & Efficiency

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and ActiveCampaign.
  • Automate campaign reporting, lead capture, and nurturing workflows to improve productivity.
  • Continuously refine processes to ensure lean and scalable execution.

Lead Generation & Growth

  • Own strategies for consistent, high-quality B2B lead generation.
  • Explore new growth channels, partnerships, and acquisition tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align on lead quality, handoff processes, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with measurable results in lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Exposure to B2B sales cycles and pipeline management.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
