Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing ad campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves overseeing digital marketing efforts across various channels, collaborating with the creative and analytics teams, and ensuring that marketing strategies align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Performance Marketing, Paid Advertising Management, and Campaign Optimization
• Experience with Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the finance or trading industry is a plus
