We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, conversions, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Cost Per Install (CPI). The Performance Marketer will play a critical role in planning and executing ad strategies, creating compelling ad creatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ads Strategy Planning: o Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing. o Identify target audiences and create segmented campaigns to reach and engage them effectively. 2. Ads Creatives Planning: o Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. o Ensure ad creatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines. o Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives to determine the most effective designs and messages. 3. Budget Management: o Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). o Monitor spending across campaigns to ensure optimal budget utilization and adjust as needed. o Prepare and present budget reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for budget adjustments. 4. Performance Report Analysis: o Analyze campaign performance data to track KPIs, identify trends, and uncover insights. o Generate detailed performance reports, including metrics such as revenue, conversions, CPA, and CPI. o Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance. 5. Driving and Tracking KPIs: o Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of performance marketing campaigns. o Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs. o Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. 6. End-to-End Campaign Management: o Manage performance marketing campaigns from planning to execution, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad copy testing. o Conduct keyword selection and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant audiences. o Optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. 7. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): o Develop and execute SEM strategies to drive traffic and conversions through paid search campaigns. o Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for search engine marketing. o Monitor and adjust bids to achieve desired performance outcomes. 8. Affiliate Marketing: o Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive performance. o Collaborate with affiliate partners to optimize campaigns and track performance. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with the creative, product, and analytics teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals. o Provide performance marketing insights and recommendations to inform product development and overall marketing strategy. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
