Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer queries via email or chat Managing customer complaints or requests online Updating or processing information in databases or CRMs Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders, deliveries, product inquiries, or complaints. Ensuring quick, accurate, and polite written communication. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solution. Assist in order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Build strong relationships with customers and promote loyalty. Qualification: 12th passed (Preferred) Fresher can apply Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language Basic knowledge of MS excel, google sheet.
