Warehouse Manager

You will be working as a Warehouse Manager at VegEase in Gurgaon. As a Warehouse Manager at VegEase, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, focusing on managing high-demand products in the Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) sector. Your role will involve ensuring efficiency in warehouse operations while upholding the highest standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include managing the receiving, storage, and dispatching of F&V products, as well as ensuring proper handling, storage, and packaging of perishable items to maintain their freshness and quality. You will be in charge of overseeing inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels and prompt replenishment. Additionally, you will lead and train warehouse staff to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Implementing and maintaining warehouse procedures to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency will also be part of your role. Collaboration with procurement, operations, and logistics teams will be essential to ensure smooth supply chain operations. You will be required to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports on warehouse productivity and operational efficiency. As a Warehouse Manager, you will handle and resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational challenges that may arise. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work location on the road and a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, particularly in the F&V sector. Experience in a F&V company is preferred for this position.,
