Build affiliate & creator program for long-term partnerships. 4. D2C Store & Website Growth Oversee Shopify/Magento website performance. Improve UI/UX, checkout flow, conversion rate (CRO). Manage payment gateways, logistics & CRM. Implement referral programs, subscription models, WhatsApp automation. 5. Data, Analytics & Reporting Daily/weekly dashboards for sales, spends, ROAS, conversions, refunds. Competitor tracking: pricing, keywords, ratings. Review customer feedback & improve product listings. 6. Branding & Communication Ensure brand tone & compliance (especially for nicotine category). Coordinate packaging, QR onboarding, and digital identity. Work with designers for creatives, videos, A+ content. Required Skills & Experience 8 - 12 years experience in E-commerce + D2C + FMCG (nicotine/health supplements preferred).
