Job Title: Assistant Manager International Sales (B2B)

Location: Bangalore (Konankunte Cross)

Reports To: International Sales Manager / Director – International Business Development

Department: Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager – International Sales (B2B) to support our global business development efforts. This role will assist in identifying international business opportunities, managing relationships with overseas clients, and executing sales strategies to expand the company’s presence across key international markets. The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue growth and long-term client partnerships through proactive engagement and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of international B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Assist in identifying and acquiring new clients, distributors, and channel partners across various international regions.

Coordinate the sales process, from lead generation to contract finalization and post-sales support.

Build and maintain effective communication with international clients, resellers, and business partners.

Conduct international market research to track trends, competitor activities, and regional business requirements.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials tailored to international prospects.

Support participation in global trade fairs, expos, and virtual client meetings.

Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, legal, logistics) to ensure seamless support for international clients.

Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and periodic reporting for leadership review.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of experience in B2B international sales or business development.

Understanding of global trade practices, sales cycles, and customer engagement.

Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

Willingness to work in overlapping international time zones as required.

Occasional international travel may be required.
