Warehouse Manager

Provide strategic direction & leadership to the operations team through the agreed KPI's Defined Oversee the regular activities, ensuring opertions efficiency in timely & accuarte manner Manage the operations with absolute control of time, cost through Service Level along with the Cleints/DC Managers. Maintain the good relationship/communication with principal company Ensure all relevent SOPs, EHS etc. are conducted as per schedule.

Process & Controls

Identify and implement the operational best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs Streamline the processes to enhance & improve the overall DC performance Review, analyse, and plan the operating volumes, resource & Capacity utilization to enhance levels of operation performance. Control & monitor the teams time management, leave, absenteeism etc. Ensure & monitor the all Quality, EHS, Safety process is followed at DC all the time.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor & review defined KPI to measure and track operational performance Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Monitor the sites overall performance, Identify the GAP's and drive action plan for the improvement. Conduct the employees' appraisals Ensure & monitor the MRM, Gemba walk, TBT are happening as per schedule. Ensure MBR & QBR are happening as per time- line.

Reports & Communication

Ensure that DC are submitting all the require report on time Ensure & monitor regarding prompt, effective, proactive communication is happening across all the DC

Audit & Visits

Ensure & monitor monthly, yearly full as well cycle count is happening as requirements Prepare & maintain the sites/ DC as EHS, safety point of view Support the DC for all the audits Ensure DC should be ready for all the visits & audits Prepare the Presentation for visit & Audits
