Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager at VegEase, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the warehouse operations for Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) products. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, and dispatching of F&V products. - Ensuring proper handling, storage, and packaging of perishable items to maintain freshness and quality. - Overseeing inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. - Leading and training warehouse staff to enhance team performance and ensure safety compliance. - Implementing warehouse procedures to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency. - Collaborating with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. - Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and preparing reports on warehouse productivity and operational efficiency. - Handling and resolving issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational challenges. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in a F&V company is preferred.
