● 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media strategy and execution
● Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is essential

● Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Twitter Ads
● Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, especially platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
● Familiarity with landing page best practices, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and platform compliance
● Campaign Strategy & Execution: Oversee end-to-end development and deployment of high-impact digital marketing campaigns across search and social.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with content, design, tech, and product teams to align campaign strategies and ensure seamless execution
● Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns for higher ROAS and lower CAC
● Budget Ownership: Own and allocate the paid media budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment
● Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and generate comprehensive reports for key stakeholders
● Market Research & Trends: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge
● Landing Page Optimization: Work closely with the design and dev teams to ensure high-performing landing pages aligned with ad platform guidelines
● Drive department growth strategy by leading new business proposals and client pitches, while scaling the team and ensuring the performance marketing function becomes a key revenue-generating and profitable unit.
