About the Role:

Performance Marketing Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage large-scale budgets while ensuring a positive ROI
• Generate qualified leads and track campaign performance end-to-end
• Work with internal teams to ensure landing pages and messaging align with ad campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
• Lead and mentor a small team of performance marketers
• Use CRM tools to track and nurture leads effectively
• Monitor key campaign metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve performance
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform campaigns
• Report campaign performance with clarity and actionable insights

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across all major paid platforms
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and funnel optimization
• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Solid understanding of ad analytics, tracking, and attribution
• Ability to work with data and draw insights to improve campaign strategy
• Clear understanding of how different business and external factors impact campaigns
• Experience leading a team and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B marketing, Events or SaaS
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms is an added advantage
