Performance Marketing Lead

You will be responsible for owning performance marketing and Shopify operations end-to-end, enabling the company to move faster and smarter. This role requires a hands-on approach, proficiency in spreadsheets, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Working directly with the founder, you will have real ownership from Day 1. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns, including ad sets, creatives, targeting, testing, budgets, and performance analysis. - Operate Shopify backend efficiently, making adjustments to product display pages, tracking inventory, and enhancing checkout processes. - Demonstrate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and performance tracking. - Utilize a numbers-first approach, focusing on metrics such as CAC, ROAS, AOV, repeat rates, and cohorts for data-driven decision-making. - Adopt an operator mindset by executing ideas, making necessary adjustments, and repeating successful strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in running and scaling Meta & Google Ads campaigns. - Proficiency in Shopify backend operations. - Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on key performance metrics. - Proven track record of executing marketing strategies effectively.
