Now, we’re looking for a Retention Strategist who can own the post-purchase experience and improve customer lifetime value through sharp segmentation, automated journeys, and smart storytelling. Key Responsibilities Design retention strategies for multiple D2C brands (email + WhatsApp) Build and optimize flows: Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, Browse Abandon, Subscription Renewals, etc. Create segmentation logic based on customer behavior, product type, AOV, and churn risk Collaborate with designers to brief creatives and messaging Monitor performance (open rates, CTR, conversion) and iterate for growth Contribute to reporting decks and strategy documents for clients Suggest retention-focused experiments like loyalty nudges, surprise drops, reactivation loops Must-Have Skills & Tools: 2–3 years of retention marketing experience Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or any other retention tool Strong understanding of D2C customer journeys Data-driven thinking with a focus on LTV, churn, and repeat rate Familiarity with WhatsApp tools (BIK.ai, Interakt, etc.) is a plus Ability to write clear briefs and analyze campaign impact Please Note: This is a remote role Monthly payout is fixed at ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 Applicants expecting higher compensation will not be considered Show more Show less
