Role Description


We’re looking for a data-driven, results-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager who can take our $30K–$40K monthly ad spend and scale it to $100K+/month profitably.


You’ll work directly with the founder (Amartya) to run and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Your job: track what works, cut what doesn’t, and scale what drives faster acquisition, lower CAC, and higher revenue.


What You’ll Do

  • Build reporting frameworks to track CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
  • Scale monthly ad spend from

    $30K–$40K → $100K+

    while maintaining profitability.
  • Continuously test and double down on winning creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Expand into new audiences, geographies, and channels.
  • Own the

    paid growth engine end-to-end

    with clear dashboards and insights for leadership.



Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale

    Google, LinkedIn ad campaigns

    with precision.
  • Track and optimize for

    CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact

    , not vanity metrics.
  • Amplify high-performing content (videos, reels, case studies) to targeted B2B audiences.
  • Build scalable processes for

    testing, reporting, and performance insights

  • Conduct ongoing

    creative research

    to identify new ad angles, formats, and messaging opportunities.
  • Optimize

    landing page conversion rates

    through structured testing and CRO best practices.
  • Perform

    competitor research and benchmarking

    to uncover gaps, positioning opportunities, and winning playbooks.


About You

  • Performance Obsessed – You think in terms of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue.
  • B2B SaaS Specialist – 2+ years running high-budget paid campaigns targeting technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Eng, Founders).
  • Analytical + Creative – You can dissect data and craft copy that resonates.
  • High Ownership – You move fast, take initiative, and find growth opportunities.
  • Scalability Mindset – You know how to turn $30K–$40K into $100K+ spend without breaking ROI.
