About the role

This isn’t your typical SEO writer gig. We’re looking for an SEO sniper — someone who lives for keyword hunting, SERP domination, and ranking content in the US developer market.

We have the data. We have the plan. Now we need a killer SEO content strategist/writer who can take our search visibility from page 4 to page 1 and make US devs, EMs, and CTOs actually click.

What You'll Do

Week 1

• Learn our product, audience, competitors, and plan US keyword targets.
• Take our existing content & plan and rewrite your first blog for better CTR.

Month 1

• Refresh + rewrite 10–12 high-impact blogs to push them up the SERPs.
• Publish 3–8 new US-focused, high-intent blogs.

Month 1+

• Scale to 15+ SEO-optimized pieces/month (mix of refreshes & new content).
• Own keyword research, briefs, outlines, on-page SEO, and internal linking.
• Test, track, and iterate to improve CTR & rankings every week.

Core Responsibilities

• 70% Content Creation: SEO-driven blog writing, rewrites, and refreshes for the US market.
• 20% SEO Ops: Keyword research, SERP analysis, title/meta optimization, internal linking.
• 10% Reporting: Track performance, identify quick wins, and double down.

Who You Are

• SEO Shark – You know how to find keywords, analyze SERPs, and outrank competitors.
• Data-Obsessed – You track every ranking and tweak until you see results.
• Fast & Resourceful – You use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up research and drafts without losing quality.
• US-Market Minded – You understand what makes US audiences click.
