Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle patient appointments and scheduling using booking software. Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately. Oversee the front desk area to maintain a neat and professional appearance. Assist patients with registration, billing, and other administrative formalities. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Ensure confidentiality of patient information and always maintain professional conduct. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Good knowledge of patient booking software and appointment management systems. Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, Email, Data Entry, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
