Counselling Psychologist - Anvaya Healthcare, Gurgaon

Anvaya Healthcare, a leading mental health service provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing therapeutic support, guidance, and interventions to individuals across different age groups. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a community-focused setting and is eager to make a meaningful impact on individuals’ mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Offer support for emotional, social, and behavioral concerns using evidence-based counselling approaches.
• Conduct psychological assessments to understand client needs and create personalized counselling plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Guide clients and their families on coping strategies, stress management, and mental health awareness.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in line with healthcare standards.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of counselling experience in clinical, educational, or community settings.
• Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and the ability to build trusting client relationships.
• Proficiency in various counselling and therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, REBT, mindfulness-based interventions).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations.
• Ability to design and conduct workshops, group sessions, or psychoeducational programs.
