Clinical Psychologist - Gurugram

Anvaya Healthcare, a leading mental health service provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be an expert in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions across various age groups. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a community-focused setting and is eager to make a positive impact on individuals' mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for children, adults, and families.
• Diagnose mental health disorders and provide evidence-based interventions.
• Perform psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and mental health awareness.
• Document and maintain confidential patient records as per healthcare standards.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical practice.
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
• Empathy and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a multicultural community.
• Ability to conduct workshops and group therapy sessions.
