We are now looking for a Front Desk Officer (Female) who can be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at our Gurgaon clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle patient appointments and scheduling using booking software.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
• Oversee the front desk area to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Assist patients with registration, billing, and other administrative formalities.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and always maintain professional conduct.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior experience as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of patient booking software and appointment management systems.
• Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, Email, Data Entry, etc.).
• Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, empathetic, and responsible approach to patient handling.
