Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, organized, and proactive Front Desk Cum Admin Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing day-to-day administrative and HR support. The role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate visitor entry and exit records
  • Manage walk-ins and ensure proper coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and decorum

2. Call & Communication Handling

  • Attend incoming calls promptly and route them to the concerned departments
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Handle official emails and courier-related communications professionally
  • Maintain professional verbal and written communication at all times

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate courier, dispatch, and postal services
  • Assist in vendor coordination and office supplies management
  • Support HR and Admin team in daily operational tasks

4. HR & Office Coordination Support

  • Assist HR in onboarding formalities and employee documentation
  • Help in scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR data as required
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and office activities

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
