About the Role

Tilco Trading Pte Ltd is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to scale digital campaigns, boost conversions and grow global brand reach. If you enjoy running high-impact eCommerce campaigns across Amazon, Shopify and paid channels, this role gives you full ownership in a high-growth, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Shopify PPC, paid social and display
• Optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate and Customer Acquisition Cost
• Collaborate with global creative, content, SEO and graphics teams to build high￾performing assets
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and A/B testing platforms for targeting and conversion improvements
• Run global market research, competitor and SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Manage influencer partnerships and creator collaborations to expand reach and support SEO
• Continuously experiment with multi-channel strategies to drive international eCommerce growth

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (PPC, paid social, eCommerce campaigns)
• Strong track record of driving measurable results across global or multi-market campaigns
• Advanced analytical skills and comfort with data-focused decision making
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and A/B testing tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
• Proactive, experiment-driven mindset with experience working with distributed teams
