Role Overview

We are expanding our Creative Department and looking for a highly driven Amazon Creative & Content Specialist who will own end-to-end creative production—ensuring world-class visuals, videos, and A+ content that directly drive sales performance. This is a high-impact role where your creativity meets analytics, and your work has a direct influence on revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling product images tailored for Amazon listings and A+ (EBC) content.
  • Apply CRO principles & shopper psychology to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Ensure brand consistency with innovative, attention-grabbing assets.
  • Track content effectiveness using Amazon KPIs (CTR, CVR, TACoS).
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and recommend optimizations.
  • Use AI design tools (ChatGPT Pro, Sora, MidJourney) to scale creative output.
  • Develop and run A/B tests on Amazon Experiments.
  • Apply insights from consumer polling platforms (Prolific, PickFu).
  • Audit listings for visual quality, SEO alignment, and brand coherence.
  • Recommend keyword-driven SEO enhancements.
  • Write scripts for lifestyle, how-to, and product videos.
  • Collaborate with editors and animators for engaging content.
  • Craft optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions using tools like Helium10 and Brand Analytics.


What You Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in creative content production for Amazon or ecommerce.
  • Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Balance of creativity and analytical discipline to drive measurable results.
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity to test and innovate.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across design, marketing, and operations teams.
