Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across

  Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Programmatic networks

  .
• Set

  budgets, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns

  for maximum performance.
• Create

  ad copy, manage promotions, and implement A/B tests

  to improve campaign outcomes.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using

  Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, and other reporting tools

  .
• Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates) and implement

  data-driven optimizations

  .
• Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, providing guidance on campaign strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

  marketing strategy alignment

  .

Required Skills / Expertise:

• Search, Social, and Programmatic Advertising

• PPC, Campaign Management, Optimization, and Reporting

• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  with proficiency in tools like

  Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau

• Knowledge of

  ad bidding strategies, CRO, A/B testing, and ROI analysis

• Team leadership and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint certifications
• Experience with

  large-scale, multi-channel campaigns

• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing trends and best practices
